We lean toward sustainable, conscious choices wherever we can — including how we produce and ship your order. Here's what to expect.
Free Shipping
Free standard US shipping on all orders over $75. Below that, flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Production Time
Most orders take 3 – 7 business days to produce before they ship. Apparel typically takes 3 – 4 days; embroidered hats and specialty items may take up to 7 days.

Total estimated delivery: Production time + shipping time. Most US orders arrive 6 – 12 business days after order date.
Order Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't see the email, check spam or contact us at support@mahaaction.org.
Holiday & Seasonal Delays
During Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday, and December, production times may extend by 2 – 3 days due to volume. We'll post current cutoff dates on the homepage announcement bar before each peak window.
International Customers
International orders may incur customs duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not collected at MAHA™ checkout.
Returns & Replacements
Each piece is produced specifically for your order, so we handle returns a little differently:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we'll replace it free — email within 14 days of delivery with photos.
- Sizing concerns: email within 7 days. If the original is unworn and in original condition, we may offer a 50%-off replacement at our discretion.
- Want to cancel: contact us before production starts (usually within 24 hours of order) and we'll fully refund. After production starts, all sales are final.
