About MAHA™
What is MAHA Action?
MAHA Action is a 501(c)4 nonprofit driving advocacy and activism for the Make America Healthy Again movement — to revitalize a healthier America, liberated from corporate control, for thriving communities and a prosperous nation. Learn more at mahaaction.org.
Where do my purchases go?
Every dollar fuels the MAHA™ mission to restore America's health. Proceeds support the nonprofit's advocacy work — legislative tracking, community organizing, and the fight for health freedom.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 3 – 7 business days, plus 3 – 5 days for US shipping. Most US orders arrive 6 – 12 business days after order date. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping takes 10 – 21 business days after production. Customs duties and VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Check spam if you don't see it.
Free shipping over $75 — does that apply internationally?
Free shipping currently applies to US orders over $75. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns & Replacements
Can I return or exchange an item?
Each piece is produced specifically for your order, so we handle returns a little differently than a traditional retailer. We focus on making things right when something goes wrong: damaged or defective items get a free replacement, sizing concerns may qualify for a discounted replacement, and orders can be cancelled before production begins. What if my order arrives damaged or with a defect?
Email us within 14 days of delivery at support@mahaaction.org with photos and your order number. We'll replace damaged, defective, or wrong items at no cost.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Email us within 7 days of delivery. If the original piece is unworn and in original condition, we may offer a 50%-off replacement in the correct size, at our discretion. Replacements are limited to one per order, in the same item and design. Because we don't restock returned apparel, you're welcome to keep, donate, or repurpose the original.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — if you contact us before production begins (usually within 24 hours of ordering), we'll cancel and fully refund. After production starts, all sales are final.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Use our Size Guide for measurements on every product type. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. For unisex apparel, women may want to size down one for a closer fit.
Do hats really fit one size?
Most of our hats are adjustable strap or snapback closure and fit head circumferences from 20½" to 24⅜". Bucket hats are non-adjustable — see the size guide for measurements.

Where are MAHA™ products made?
We work with trusted print and apparel partners to produce each piece on demand for your order. Sourcing varies by product and item availability — see each product page for fabric details.
What's your apparel made of?
Most tees are 100% ring-spun cotton. Hoodies and sweatshirts are typically cotton/poly blends — see each product page for the exact fabric composition.
How should I care for my MAHA™ apparel?
Machine wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low. Don't bleach. For embroidered hats, spot clean only.
The Movement
How can I get more involved?
Visit mahaaction.org to track legislation, volunteer, donate, or read our advocacy work. Wearing the merch is one way to spread the message — getting involved at the policy level is another.
