Return Policy

We handle returns a little differently than a traditional retailer. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we focus on making things right when something goes wrong rather than restocking returned apparel.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we'll replace it free of charge. Email us within 14 days of delivery at support@mahaaction.org with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (front, back, and any damage or print defect)
  • A short description of what's wrong

We'll get a replacement out to you at no cost.

Sizing concerns

Each piece is produced specifically for your order, so we ask that you check the Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a fitted look.

If a piece doesn't fit as expected, email us within 7 days of delivery and we may offer a 50%-off replacement in the correct size, at our discretion. The original piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Replacements are limited to one per order, in the same item and design as originally ordered.

Because we don't restock returned apparel, you're welcome to keep the original piece — passing it along to a friend, donating it, or repurposing it is the most sustainable option.

Order cancellations

If you contact us before production begins — usually within 24 hours of placing your order — we'll cancel and fully refund. After production starts, all sales are final.

To request a cancellation, email support@mahaaction.org as soon as possible with your order number.

What we cannot accept

  • Returns or replacement requests submitted without prior authorization (please email first)
  • Items reported more than 14 days after delivery (or 7 days for sizing concerns)
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or accident
  • Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout when applicable)

How long do replacements take?

Approved replacement orders follow the same production and shipping timeline as a new order — typically 6 – 12 business days from approval to delivery in the US. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
